2. What are your hours?
Our staff is available Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM am to
5:30 PM Eastern Standard Time. You may place your order any time
by fax or phone.

4. Can I prescribe controlled substances?
Yes. We require a faxed copy of your DEA certificate for
your first prescription.
5. Do you offer patient counseling?
Yes. We offer confidential, professional consultation via
telephone to your patients.
6. What is your pricing?
Pricing varies depending on the active ingredients in the
formulation, the concentration, the volume and the dosage form
dispensed. For specific pricing, please call us at (888)

7. What are your billing/Payment policies
for medication for office use?
Most customers prefer paying by credit card. We accept
MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express. We may
agree to set up an account for a doctor's office with a credit
card back-up on file.
8. How do you ship?
We ship via UPS ground, and FREE NEXT DAY SHIPPING with all
orders more than $50 and placed before 2:30pm EST. We need a
physical mailing address, as Post Office (P.O.) box addresses
are not acceptable. We ship standard items within 24 hours
of your order (Monday- Friday). Note: Some products may
require additional time due to reformulation and stability
research.
9. How do you ship refrigerated items?
Injections that require refrigeration are shipped in an
insulated pouch with a freezer brick to maintain refrigerated
temperatures. Refrigerated shipping is always by DHL (No
P.O. boxes) next day delivery. Refrigerated shipping is
unavailable on Fridays due to the two-day
lifespan of the freezer brick.
