APS accepts prescriptions by mail, or calls the physician for them. They are then filled and sent out promptly, usually on the same day they are received. If they are needed the next day, the prescriptions will be shipped by overnight Federal Express service to whatever address is convenient - home, office, hospital, or clinic.

We protect the privacy of our clientele. Packages are shipped with no indication of their contents, and all information is maintained in strictly controlled, confidential systems.

Upon request, APS schedules refills for automatic delivery, relieving patients of the responsibility of monitoring their supply and helping them to comply with their drug regimen.

APS provides all injectibles and IV medications, both to physicians' offices and to patients' homes, be it TPN, Epogen, Pentamadine, IVIG therapy, etc.

APS will compound drugs according to individualized formulations, whether needed to increase therapeutic benefits or to render a medication more palatable.

Working with most private insurance companies, carriers and HMOs, we verify the policy, file claim forms, arrange for letters of medical necessity, and wait for the reimbursement. If there are multiple payors, we will coordinate all efforts to ensure maximization of health benefits. The patient can leave the work to us and know that it will be properly done.

APS's pharmacists specialize in various diagnostic states and are readily available to provide patient counseling on our toll-free telephone lines. In addition, all shipments include clear and detailed information about each prescription, explaining the indication for the drug and possible side effects.
